Note: We do not ship internationally. All shipping and billing addresses must be within the United States. Note: Prices are fixed on the day that you place your order as it reflects our current cost for that product. As such, we cannot lower prices for customers if they go down after the day it was placed. Also, if prices go up there will be no change in price on your order. You may place your order in various ways. The preferred method is to use our on-line ordering system. This works best if you know exactly what you are looking for or want to place an order after hours. If you are unsure about what you want give us a call at (888) 806-6988 (Toll-free) during normal business hours, so that we can help step you through your requirements. This method also allows us to make suggestions and ask questions that may help us (and you) better determine your needs. We accept payment via VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express, or accept prepayments by money order or wire transfer with prior arrangement. Please note that your credit card will be charged at time of order as we commit product to your order and begin the build process upon receiving the order. We will also accept payment via secured check or wire transfer in advance of building or shipping your product. There is no additional charge for payment by credit cards. Most parts orders are shipped within two business days of receiving your order. Systems, Barebones, and Bundles will take longer. See our shipping times page for more information. If you have an urgent need for the product ordered, please be sure to let us know at the time you order. Please note that there will be a minimum 15% restocking fee for any refused packages or cancellations after shipment. Any returned product not in original condition (including product box (if applicable), documentation, cables, etc.) may also be assessed a restocking fee. We maintain a will-call (pickup) location for those customers who have placed orders in advance. As such, please order all items before you stop in so that we can have them ready for you.
