In order for a CPU to work in any given motherboard, the BIOS needs to know about the CPU. If a CPU is newer than the BIOS of the board, a BIOS flash may be necessary to recognize the CPU. The safest way around this potential problem is to have JNCS flash to the newest BIOS and install (and test) the CPU on motherboard. This service is available on our services page.
